What is in it for you?

Do I have a % on the premium subscription?

No, but you will have increased revenue due to advertised high value packages under this scheme (Note: Merchant defines the discount offer for both free & premium).

What are the benefits of a featured brand?

Featured brands are displayed on the home screen page of the app.

What are the benefits of a featured product?

Merchants have the option to promote specific products or services in their page with full description ( Picture and Features).

What if the product is no longer available with merchant?

In general, Products should always be available until the validity period. However, if merchant ceases to offer such specific product, it should be well communicated to MAI for removal or replacement of similar value. As per contract, in no way shall MAI be held liable for the removal/ replacement of the merchant's product (including premium subscribers).

What if I want to provide promo only for a limited period of time?

Products should always be available until the validity period which is Dec 29. (Fore very special cases, subject to approval).

What is the handling for public and special holidays?

Depending on the agreement with the partner, merchant may decide if the promo can be availed during this period.

How Does MAI DISCOUNTS App Work?

(Merchant Partners Guidelines) (Before a customer may use a voucher, customer must have downloaded the mai discounts app. Customer's phone must be connected with internet in order to complete redemption.)

Simple Steps to Assist Our Customers:

  • Step 1: Under your store's page, customer selects the voucher offer he wants to redeem. Offer details will then be displayed.

  • Step 2: User clicks on "USE" button to confirm redemption and he must enter his 4-digit passcode.

  • Step 3: Partner merchant will then be prompted to scan their QR code for authorization and confirmation of redemption. (Once scanned, a unique transaction reference number is generated.)

  • Step 4: We recommend that you document this reference number on your POS or bill copy as a form of record keeping and validation. (An automated email containing the voucher details redeemed and date & time stamp of transaction will be sent to your email upon successful redemption.) (At the end of the month, a copy of all redeemed vouchers shall be furnished to you along with mai discounts invoice.)
